Committed to empowering
others

Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, or the aftermath of narcissistic abuse? Do you feel isolated, as though no one could truly understand the challenges you're facing? Or perhaps you're questioning whether your self-compassion and self-love can improve. If so, we may be a great fit!

I believe that self-love is the foundation of emotional well-being, personal growth, and healthy relationships. It’s about nurturing, accepting, and valuing yourself—essential elements for creating a balanced and fulfilling life. In our sessions, we will explore your unique struggles and tailor our work to meet your individual needs.

I understand how lonely and overwhelming it can feel to navigate life’s challenges on your own. You don’t have to face this journey by yourself. I am here to empower you, providing a safe, compassionate space where your experiences are honored, and your healing is my top priority.

I have worked with adolescents, college students, and adults struggling with:

  • Narcissistic abuse

  • High sensitivity

  • Trauma-related issues

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Grief and loss

  • High conflict relationships

  • Boundary setting

  • Codependency

  • Stress management

  • Suicidal ideation

  • Identity concerns

  • Life transitions

  • LGBTQ issues

  • Sex worker issues

During my free time, I enjoy reading books, listening to copious amounts of music, swimming, dancing, exercising, playing Animal Crossing, and spending time with my family, friends, and my cat. I love traveling, visiting museums, eating new food, and experiencing different cultures. I try to plan at least one international trip a year. Please reach out using the contact form below if you want to connect. I am currently offering teletherapy and I would love to hear from you.
